Wellness at Work!
Corporate, educational and medical organizations have been using Peace Partners for years to bring wellness to the work place with on-site massage offerings.
Rochester Institute of Technology's employee wellness program, Better Me, has had a Peace Partners massage program available on a weekly basis for its nearly 4,000 faculty and staff since 2010. We attend their employee benefits fair and multiple RIT campus departments have used Peace Partners for annual events.
Join RIT and our other clients in their efforts of improving employee wellness. Surprise your clients with a sample massage. Have a social gathering with massage for your guests. We'd like to help you!
The Peace Partners Story
Kim Ross, LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) created Peace Partners to brand her talents in developing and directing massage programs and her ability to work synergistically with various work cultures.
Whether it is a one-day employee or customer appreciation event, a career fair or an ongoing employee wellness effort, Kim has the diverse knowledge, talent pool, finesse and energy to build a successful program.
From 2007 to 2010 Kim’s work included teaming up with Elizabeth Wende Breast Care to build and direct a massage program to serve mammography and diagnostic imaging patients. This unique program also contributed 10% of its earnings to local breast cancer charities and raised over $11,000.
Since 2008 Peace Partners has been providing weekly chair massage to the employees of RIT. Peace Partners also is contracted to be at many special campus events each year.
Kim is also the founder and former Executive Director of Human Touch Initiative, a Rochester-area nonprofit that offers massage to people with cancer for as little as $10. Her tenure was from 2008-2014. humantouchinitiative.org
